Training Programme Costs

Successful applicants with the Hampshire SCITT Partnership will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at their own expense. Further information regarding this process will be provided to successful applicants. Trainees are also obliged to complete and return the SCITT’s Health Declaration form, leading to confirmation by the relevant Health Service of their fitness to teach.

SCITT tuition fees for primary and secondary

For 2022/23 our tuition fees will be £9,000 for non-salaried trainees.  This is in line with some local and national accrediting bodies although others charge £9,250.  Successful applicants will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at their own expense. Further information regarding this process will be provided to successful applicants.

Trainees who interrupt their studies or fail to complete the course will not receive a reimbursement of fees already paid to the partnership.

SCITT tuition fees for early years

For 2022/23 our tuition fees will be £7,000 for non-salaried trainees.  This is in line with local and national accrediting bodies.  Successful applicants will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check at their own expense. Further information regarding this process will be provided to successful applicants.

Trainees who interrupt their studies or fail to complete the course will not receive a reimbursement of fees already paid to the partnership.
